37-9-305: License -- grounds for discipline.

A license must be granted if the applicant meets the qualifications pursuant to 37-9-301 and, if the applicant holds another professional, temporary, or restricted license, there is no finding of unprofessional conduct. If an applicant for a license is denied, the applicant is entitled to notice and a hearing as provided in Title 2, chapter 4, part 6.
