37-9-306: Deposit of fees.

Fees collected by the department under this chapter shall be deposited in the state special revenue fund for the use of the board, subject to 37-1-101(6). This fund may be used to pay the compensation and expenses of members of the board and other expenses necessary to administer this chapter.
