50-31-511: Cell-cultured edible product -- prohibition -- rulemaking authority -- definition.

(1) It is unlawful for a person to manufacture for sale, sell, hold or offer for sale, or distribute cell-cultured edible product in this state.

(2) The department may adopt rules to implement this section.

(3) As used in 50-31-512 and this section, the following definitions apply:

(a) "Cell-cultured edible product" has the same meaning as provided in 50-31-103.

(b) "Retail food establishment" has the same meaning as provided in 50-50-102.
