7-12-2136: Procedure if all bids rejected or no bids received.

If the bids are rejected or no bids are received, the board of county commissioners may within 6 months thereafter readvertise for proposals or bids for the performance of the work as in the first instance, without further proceedings, and thereafter proceed in the manner provided in 7-12-2131 through 7-12-2137.
