7-14-2306: Records and receipts to be maintained.

The superintendent shall keep correct accounts of all labor performed, equipment and implements used, and materials furnished. The superintendent shall give each person performing work or furnishing equipment, implements, or materials a certificate stating the work performed and the price to be paid for the work.
