7-14-2307: Payment of claims upon presentation of superintendent's certificate.

Upon the presentation of any certificate issued by the superintendent and verification of it by the holder as in other cases of claims against the county, the board of county commissioners shall have a warrant issued for the amount of the certificate, drawn on the treasury against the county road fund.
