Energy Administrator

Any person who shall knowingly violate any provision of this or the preceding subdivision, or shall fail to comply with any rule or regulation of the energy administrator issued in accordance herewith, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person or shall be guilty of a felony if any other person.
