RSA 339:45: Fabrics; Paper.

No person shall sell or offer for sale or exchange any woven fabric or paper containing arsenic in any form, or any article of dress or of household use composed wholly or in part of such woven fabric or paper, or any article of dress containing arsenic; provided, that this section shall not apply to dress goods or articles of dress containing not more than 1/100 grain, nor to other material containing not more than 1/10 grain, of arsenic per square yard of the material.
