RSA 407:18: Non-payment of Judgment.

Chapter 407: THE FIRE INSURANCE CONTRACT AND SUITS THEREON

If in such action the plaintiff shall recover a judgment, and the company does not pay it within 30 days after notice of it is given to the commissioner, he may suspend the authority of the company to do business in the state.
