RSA 407:19: Policies Written During Suspension.

Chapter 407: THE FIRE INSURANCE CONTRACT AND SUITS THEREON

If the company or any of its agents shall issue a policy during such suspension, the company and agent shall each forfeit $200 for each policy so issued; but the policies shall be valid and binding, nevertheless.
