TITLE 25 FRAUDS AND FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCES

Short title.

This article which was formerly known as the "Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act" shall be known and may be cited as the "Uniform Voidable Transactions Act," on or after the effective date of P.L.2021, c.92.
