N.J. Stat. § 2A:18-44: Revival of docketed judgment

- TITLE 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
A judgment docketed as provided in this article may be revived by proceedings in the Superior Court in the same manner, in the like cases and with the like effect as if such judgment had been obtained in an action commenced in the Superior Court other than in the Special Civil Part.
