  1. TITLE 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE

If a judgment has been docketed and execution issued thereon before the grant of a new trial by the Special Civil Part, the Special Civil Part may nevertheless grant a new trial, and, if granted, no further proceedings shall be had on the execution pending the determination of the new trial.
