TITLE 50 SHELLFISHERIES - POWERS AND DUTIES OF DEPARTMENT, SHELLFISHERIES COUNCIL, LEASING, AND PLANTING

Each license shall be for the term of one year from January 1 of the year of issue, and shall be granted by the commissioner. Each license shall be numbered and shall state the name and residence of the licensee, and a record thereof shall be kept by the commissioner.
