TITLE 50 SHELLFISHERIES - POWERS AND DUTIES OF DEPARTMENT, SHELLFISHERIES COUNCIL, LEASING, AND PLANTING

Each licensee shall have the license readily accessible and shall exhibit it immediately for inspection to any officer or employee of the department or other person requesting to see the license.
