N.J. Stat. § 58:25-16: Administration

The Summer Intern Program shall be administered by the Director of the Division of Water Resources in the Department of Environmental Protection. The director may delegate day-to-day supervision of one or more interns to any officer of the Division of Water Resources or to any officer of a county engineer or a county health office.
