N.J. Stat. § 58:25-17: Projects; assignment

Interns shall be assigned to projects such as a. making surveys of all places where polluting materials are entering streams, b. providing water sampling and monitoring activities as directed, c. desnagging and removing debris, bushes, boards, tires and other materials, and d. performing any other projects designed to carry out the intent of this act.
