CHAPTER 108 - STATUTORY LIENS
COMMON CARRIERS AND DISPOSITION OF UNCLAIMED PROPERTY

If from any cause, other than want of ordinary care and diligence, a common carrier is unable to deliver perishable property transported and collect charges thereon, the common carrier may cause the property to be sold in open market to satisfy a lien of freightage.
