CHAPTER 422A - PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AND SOCIAL SERVICES
SILVER STATE GENERAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

1. The Silver State General Assistance Program is hereby established within the Division to provide to eligible persons and households who are experiencing an extraordinary circumstance:

(a) Temporary financial assistance, including, without limitation, cash, electronic benefits and vouchers; or

(b) Temporary in-kind assistance,

Ê or both.

2. The Administrator shall administer the Program within the limitations of available money.
