NRS 439.522: Public hearings.

The Division may, within the limits of available money, hold public hearings at such times and places as it determines necessary to provide the general public and representatives of governmental agencies and organizations interested in the Program or issues affecting wellness and the prevention of chronic disease an opportunity to present relevant information and recommendations.
