STATE PROGRAM FOR WELLNESS AND THE PREVENTION OF CHRONIC DISEASE

The Division may, within the limits of available money, enter into contracts with or award grants to public or private entities that have the appropriate expertise to provide any services necessary to carry out or assist the Division in carrying out the provisions of NRS 439.514 to 439.525, inclusive.
