NRS 449.345: Restriction on adoption of regulations concerning construction, maintenance, operation or safety of building, structure or other property.

Before the Authority may adopt any regulation concerning the construction, maintenance, operation or safety of a building, structure or other property in this State, the Authority shall consult with the Deputy Administrator of the Public Works - Compliance and Code Enforcement Section for the purposes of subsection 9 of NRS 341.100.
