NRS 449.360: Application for construction of health facility: Filing; compliance with federal and state requirements.

1. Applications for health facility construction projects for which federal funds are required must be submitted to the appropriate health systems agency and the Authority. They may be submitted by the State or any political subdivision thereof or by any public or nonprofit agency authorized to construct and operate a health facility.

2. Each application for a construction project must conform to federal and state requirements and must be submitted in the manner and form prescribed by the Authority.
