NRS 539.350: Diversion of water.

It shall be lawful for the purposes of such cooperative action to divert water from this state for impounding in the adjoining state or otherwise for distribution to the lands of the cooperating districts, regardless of the state in which such lands are situated, or to divert water from such adjoining state for impounding or otherwise for distribution to the lands of such cooperating districts in this or the adjoining state.
