COOPERATION
Privileges of Districts of Adjoining States

So far as may be necessary for fully carrying out the purposes of NRS 539.335 to 539.353, inclusive, such cooperating district in the adjoining state may hold title to property in this state, and such cooperating district in this state may hold title to property in the adjoining state.
