All words, letters, figures or numerals on the advertising medium referred to in NRS 590.160 to 590.330, inclusive, must be:
1. For words and letters used to designate the brand name or the words “no brand,” of like color or tint;
2. For figures or numerals designating or indicating the price of motor vehicle fuel so offered for sale, of like color or tint; and
3. For all words, letters, figures or numerals used in designating the grades and conditions of sale of motor vehicle fuel being advertised, of like color or tint.
