  3. ADVERTISEMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE FUEL AND PETROLEUM PRODUCTS

No advertising medium may be placed on the premises of any place of business in this state in such a manner or in such a position to another advertising medium as will render the advertising medium advertising motor vehicle fuel offered for sale susceptible of being read in conjunction with any other advertising medium, if any person so reading from any public street or highway may be misled.
