TICKET PROVIDERS, TICKET RESELLERS AND SECONDARY TICKET EXCHANGES

“Primary ticket provider” means any person or entity who is authorized by a written contract with a rights holder to make the initial sale to a consumer of a ticket to an athletic contest or live entertainment event.
