“Resale” or “resell” means an offer or completed transaction for the sale of a ticket to an athletic contest or a live entertainment event which occurs after the initial purchase of the ticket. The term includes, without limitation, the sale of a ticket made in person or by telephone, Internet website or any other means of communication or exchange.
