NRS 618.205: Division to coordinate activities of state and local agencies.

For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this chapter, the Division shall coordinate to the greatest extent practicable the occupational safety and health activities of all state and local agencies and shall advise, consult and cooperate with other agencies of this State, the Federal Government, agencies of other states, interstate agencies and with affected public and private organizations.
