CHAPTER 618 - OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH
DIVISION OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

The Division may institute training programs for the purpose of qualifying personnel to carry out the provisions of this chapter and may make such personnel available for participation in any program or programs of any state agency in furtherance of the purposes of this chapter.
