  4. General Provisions

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 637B.195, 637B.200, 637B.201 and 637B.203, to be eligible for licensing by the Board, an applicant for a license to engage in the practice of audiology, speech-language pathology or fitting and dispensing hearing aids must:

1. Be a natural person of good moral character;

2. Pass an examination prescribed by the Board pursuant to NRS 637B.191 or 637B.194, as applicable;

3. Pay the fees provided for in this chapter; and

4. Submit all information required to complete an application for a license.
