CHAPTER 695J - PERSONS WHO FACILITATE ENROLLMENT IN CERTAIN QUALIFIED HEALTH PLANS

“Exchange enrollment facilitator” means a person certified pursuant to this chapter who is engaged in the business of facilitating enrollment in qualified health plans offered by the Exchange.
