CHAPTER 695J - PERSONS WHO FACILITATE ENROLLMENT IN CERTAIN QUALIFIED HEALTH PLANS

“Navigator” means a person or entity that meets the requirements of 45 C.F.R. § 155.210 and any other requirements of the Exchange.
