N.Y. Correction Law § 604: Payment of accounts for transporting prisoners

§ 604. Payment of accounts for transporting prisoners. The account,

certified and attested as provided in the preceding section, shall be

subject to audit by the comptroller, and be paid out of the treasury,

unless otherwise provided.
