N.Y. Correction Law § 605: Prisoners sentenced at one session of court to be transported at same time

§ 605. Prisoners sentenced at one session of court to be transported

at same time. All the prisoners who shall be sentenced to imprisonment

in the same state prison, at one session of a criminal court, shall be

transported at the same time, unless said court shall expressly direct

otherwise.
