Article 5-B. County Hurricane Protection, Flood and Shoreline Erosion Control Districts

§ 280-o. Rules and regulations. The governing body shall have power to

adopt, amend and repeal, from time to time, rules and regulations for

the operation of a county district including regulation of the manner of

the construction of the county district and all facilities and

appurtenances.
