N.Y. Eminent Domain Procedure Law § 706: Pending actions and proceedings

§ 706. Pending actions and proceedings. No action or proceeding

pending at the time when this chapter takes effect, shall be affected by

any provision of this chapter, and the same may be prosecuted as if this

chapter had not been enacted.
