N.Y. Eminent Domain Procedure Law § 707: Rules and regulations

§ 707. Rules and regulations. Where not expressly provided, each

condemnor in order to effectuate the object, intent and provisions

contained herein, shall have the authority to establish and may from

time to time, amend rules and regulations consistent with the provisions

of this law.
