N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 21-1503: Commissioner and alternate

* § 21-1503. Commissioner and alternate.

The Governor shall be this state's member on the mid-Atlantic states

air pollution control commission. The Governor shall appoint the

Commissioner of Environmental Conservation as his alternate pursuant to

section 2.3 of article two of such compact.
