N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 33-1303: Registration not a defense

§ 33-1303. Registration not a defense.

In no event shall registration of a pesticide, be construed as a

defense for the commission of any offense prohibited under subdivisions

1 through 7 of section 33-1301.
