N.Y. Environmental Conservation Law § 57-0207: Plan adoption

§ 57-0207. Plan adoption.

1. After completion of a draft plan consistent with the requirements

of section 57-0205 of this title, the town board shall hold a public

hearing on said draft plan upon not less than ten days notice to the

public. Notice shall be provided in the same manner as for the adoption

of a local law.

2. The town board shall receive and review all comments on the draft

plan before final adoption.

3. The town board shall adopt the final plan by resolution.
