N.Y. Executive Law § 523-g: Review of policies concerning children

§ 523-g. Review of policies concerning children. In addition to other

powers and duties specified in this subtitle, the office of the

ombudsman may recommend changes in office policies and regulations

concerning children to improve services or to correct systemic problems

concerning services to children in the juvenile justice system.
