N.Y. Executive Law § 742: Organization of the board

§ 742. Organization of the board. The governor shall designate a

member of the board as chairman thereof to serve as such during the

pleasure of the governor. The board may designate other officers and may

choose from their number an executive committee with such functions as

shall be prescribed by the board.
