* § 344-c. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the

"Detective John M. Falcone Memorial Highway". All that portion of the

state highway system constituting New York state route 9 in the city of

Poughkeepsie, in the county of Dutchess from its southern boundary

continuing north until the northern boundary shall be designated and

known as the "Detective John M. Falcone Memorial Highway".
