* § 344-d. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the

"Specialist David R. Fahey Jr. Memorial Bridge". The bridge across the

New Croton reservoir on state route one hundred twenty-nine, in the town

of Yorktown, county of Westchester, shall be designated and known as the

"Specialist David R. Fahey Jr. Memorial Bridge".
