N.Y. Labor Law § 202-c: Prevention of personal injuries in the use of ski tows, other passenger tramways and downhill ski areas

§ 202-c. Prevention of personal injuries in the use of ski tows, other

passenger tramways and downhill ski areas. The commissioner may make

rules, consistent with article eighteen of the general obligations law,

guarding against personal injuries to employees and the public in the

use and operation of ski tows, other passenger tramways and downhill ski

areas.
