N.Y. Labor Law § 202-d: Coin-operated machines performing a manufacturing process

§ 202-d. Coin-operated machines performing a manufacturing process.

The commissioner may make such rules governing the construction,

maintenance, use, and operation of coin-operated machines which perform

any manufacturing process that he or she finds necessary for the

protection of the lives, health, and safety of employees and of persons

lawfully using such machines. The term "manufacturing" as used in this

section shall include the processes described in subdivision nine of

section two of this chapter.
