N.Y. Labor Law § 787: Enforcement

§ 787. Enforcement. The commissioner may adopt rules and regulations

implementing the provisions of this article. The commissioner shall be

authorized to enforce the provisions of this article and to assess civil

penalties as provided in sections two hundred fifteen and two hundred

eighteen of this chapter. The civil penalties provided for in this

section shall be in addition to and may be imposed concurrently with any

other remedy or penalty provided for in this chapter.
