§ 102. Additional powers and duties of commission and board of

transportation. Subject to the provisions of this chapter, the

commission and the board of transportation within their respective

jurisdictions, shall have such powers as may be requisite to the

efficient performance of the duties imposed upon them by this chapter,

any contract or any law.
